Mood Disorders Team

Many people come to this team feeling constantly on edge, overwhelmed by worry, or stuck in patterns of overthinking they can’t seem to shut off. You may find yourself replaying conversations, anticipating worst-case scenarios, or feeling waves of panic that appear out of nowhere. Others feel weighed down by sadness, exhaustion, or a loss of motivation that makes even simple tasks feel heavy. Our work focuses on helping you understand how anxiety and mood patterns operate, while teaching practical, realistic tools to calm the mind, regulate emotions, and slowly regain confidence in daily life. Treatment often includes structured, skills-based approaches that help reduce avoidance, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and build routines that support emotional balance.

Anxiety & OCD Team

This team specializes in experiences that involve intrusive thoughts, mental loops, and repetitive behaviors that feel impossible to escape. You may have thoughts that feel disturbing or completely misaligned with your values, followed by an urge to check, reassure, avoid, or mentally review in order to feel safe. Over time, these patterns can take over your day and shrink your sense of freedom. Treatment focuses on helping you understand how OCD and anxiety maintain themselves, learning to respond to fear without feeding it, and reducing compulsions so your mind can regain flexibility. The goal is not to eliminate thoughts, but to help them lose their power over your life.

Personality, Emotion Regulation & Complex Presentations Team

This team supports individuals who experience emotions intensely and often feel overwhelmed by their inner world or their relationships. You may notice rapid mood shifts, fear of abandonment, difficulty trusting others, or long-standing patterns that persist despite insight and effort. Some people engage in impulsive behaviors or self-harm as a way to manage emotional pain. Our work focuses on building stability, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of identity. Through structured and supportive approaches, we help you develop skills to manage distress, improve relationships, and create a life that feels more steady and less chaotic.

Trauma, PTSD & Attachment Healing Team

This team supports individuals whose past experiences continue to affect how safe they feel in the present. You may notice heightened reactions to certain situations, emotional numbness, nightmares, or a constant sense of being on guard. Others carry deep shame, guilt, or self-blame tied to events they wish they could leave behind. Our approach prioritizes safety and stabilization before ever moving into deeper processing. We help the nervous system learn that the danger has passed, gently address traumatic memories without forcing re-experiencing, and support a renewed sense of control, connection, and trust in both yourself and others.

Addiction, Compulsion & Dual Diagnosis Team

People seeking this team often feel caught in cycles they desperately want to break. You may use substances or behaviors to cope with stress, emotions, or painful experiences, only to feel shame, frustration, or loss of control afterward. Even when you want to stop, the pull can feel overwhelming. Our work is grounded in compassion rather than judgment. We focus on understanding the underlying needs driving the behavior, strengthening coping skills that actually work in real-life situations, and helping you build a sense of choice and agency. Recovery is approached at your pace, with attention to both behavioral change and emotional healing.

Neurodivergent & Developmental Differences Team

This team is designed for individuals with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent experiences who often feel misunderstood or overwhelmed by daily expectations. You may struggle with focus, organization, time management, sensory sensitivities, or social fatigue, and feel frustrated by systems that seem to work for everyone else. Our approach is affirming and strengths-based. Rather than trying to change who you are, we work with how your brain functions to build practical strategies, reduce shame, and create supportive structures that fit your life. The goal is increased ease, self-acceptance, and confidence.

Children, Adolescents & Family Systems Team

Families often seek this team when a child or teen is struggling emotionally, behaviorally, or developmentally. You may notice big emotional reactions, withdrawal, anxiety, school refusal, or changes that feel confusing or concerning. Our work involves children, caregivers, and the broader family system, recognizing that lasting change happens through connection and support. We help young people express themselves in age-appropriate ways, teach coping skills that translate to home and school, and support caregivers in strengthening relationships and restoring a sense of stability within the family.
