Mental Health Counselor

Ramsha Suhail, MS

Many of the people who find their way to my work share a similar story.

You may have been the “scapegoat” or “the sensitive child”: the one who noticed patterns others overlooked, the one who asked deeper questions, or the one who quietly carried emotional awareness beyond your years. Perhaps you often felt responsible for keeping the peace, overfunctioning in relationships, or holding truths that were difficult to speak aloud.
Over time, that role can become exhausting.

My work helps you move beyond inherited family roles and reconnect with your authentic self.

I often describe this process as sculpting the self. Like a sculptor revealing the form within stone, therapy becomes a space where we gently shave away what is not truly you: the coping strategies, survival masks, and relational patterns that once protected you but may now feel limiting.

Through somatic, body-based psychotherapy, we slow down the nervous system, release stored tension in the body, and bring compassionate awareness to the beliefs and dynamics shaping your life. This work allows you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and begin creating relationships and a life that feel more aligned, grounded, and authentic.
