Taking care of our mental health is one of our most important responsibilities. The state of our mental heath not only influences how we think and feel within ourselves, but how we perceive, judge or behave in our interactions with others. 


My goal is to develop a relationship with each client that supports self-exploration and empowers them to achieve change and growth.  One small success at a time, I help my clients use their strengths to create a more meaningful and fulfilling life that they've been searching for.  I specialize in working with clients with mood disorders, anxiety, eating disorders, psychosis, addiction and behavioral disorders.

I know how much clients may be struggling when they call they make the decision to begin therapy, and As the Director & Founder of Spotless Mind Mental Health Counseling, I am dedicated to leaving no person, couple, or family without access to the mental health care that they need.
